(Application for Approval of Work Enforcement Plan of the New Tokyo
International Airport)
Article 76-(2). The provisions of the preceding Article (restricted to paragraph 1 item 2 to item 7, item 8, item 9, item 11 and item 13; and paragraph 2 item 1 (restricted to the land and objects pertaining to said application for establishment under sub-item a) and item 2-2 to item 6), shall be applied accordingly to the case in which a request for approval of the construction work enforcement plan of the New Tokyo International Airport by the New Tokyo International Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the Authority") under the provisions of the first half of paragraph 1 of Article 55-3.
(Aerodrome Survey Maps)
Article 77. The aerodrome survey maps specified in Article 76 paragraph 2 item 4 (in the case of application being made under the provisions of Preceding Article) shall provide the following information:
(1) A plan map, on a scale of not less than 1:5,000 and clearly describing the following matters:
a)Scale and magnetic direction;
b)Aerodrome site boundary;
c)Geographical features of the surrounding area, covering an area of more than one hundred meters in distance peripheral to the aerodrome boundary, and providing the names of municipal governments within that area;
d)Proposed layout plan of all aerodrome facilities;
e)Aerodrome main access roadways and any roads connecting to the surrounding municipalities and transportation terminals.
(2)A longitudinal section map of the landing area on a scale of not less than 1:5,000 in width and 1:500 in length, and clearly describing the following matters:
a)Serial numbers of survey points, distances between the points (to be one hundred meters apart), and accumulated length;
b)The elevation of ground level, construction level, and mounded level, and the depth of cut-out level, along the center line at each survey point.
(3)Landing area transverse section maps, of the transverse section of the points at both ends of the runway and of the central point, which shall be on a scale of not less than 1:1,000 in width and 1:50 in length and shall describe the following matters:
a)Serial numbers of survey points and distances between the points;
b)The elevation of ground level, construction level, and mounded level, and the depth of cut-out level at each survey point.
(4)Environmental area map, clearly detailing any objects or protrusions, as specified under Article 76 paragraph 1, item 13. in the area of the proposed aerodrome approach surface, transition surface, and horizontal surface; said map to be on a scale of 1:10,000 (in the case of the unavailability of a map scaled
